Ealing Trailfinders is a progressive, ambitious professional rugby club, high in the second tier of English Rugby, the Championship with strong vision and ambitions to win promotion to the Gallagher Premiership and to further develop its reputation as a high performing, exciting, prestigious top team within English Rugby. 

The club is developing and expanding continuously on and off the pitch and has clear, comprehensive plans to achieve its goals.

Success on the pitch demands even more success off the pitch so the club is developing, strengthening and expanding. With a growing portfolio of school coaching, clubs, match days, events and camps, the next few seasons will be very exciting for the Club.

Graphic Designer -


Ealing Trailfinders is an ambitious, progressive, developing rugby union club playing in the RFU Professional Championship League. We are currently looking to recruit an In-house Graphic Designer


Location: Ealing Trailfinders – Ealing - London


Fixed Term Contract: Full Time – Fixed Term Contract


Salary: TBC


Job description: We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer that specialises in branding.




Key Responsibilities:


The day-to-day role will be varied and see you working across anything from club campaign concepts, brochures, online designs and social media engagement projects.


You will be working within a close-knit Marketing & Media team.


Looking at all aspects of the Club, Senior Squad, Trailfinders Academy men and women, Ealing Trailfinders Foundation and the Community department.


You will be highly conceptual and enjoy the challenge of the brainstorming stages of a project and turning those ideas into the finished article.


This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to take ownership of some high-profile design work.


An interest in sport would be very beneficial, however we will consider experience from other areas.




Skills: 


Educated to Degree level or professional equivalence.

Minimum of 2-3 years working within a Graphic Design role.

Skilled in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Can demonstrate examples of branding, from concept through to finished product.

Strong art working/ print knowledge

Strong understanding of branding across social media

Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in order to meet deadlines.

Ability to work reactively to a changing sports results-based environment.

Strong communication skills

Part-Time Community Sports Coach


Qualification/Experience Essential/Desirable:

RFU Level 2 Coaching Qualification Essential (or equivalent)
A Level or equivalent education standard Essential
Ability to travel to schools, events etc Essential
Previous community coaching experience in school/camp setting Essential
RFU DBS certificate Essential
First Aid certificate Essential
Sports-related qualification Desirable


Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality rugby coaching to a variety of groups in schools, clubs, and camp.

Deliver high quality classroom based sessions in English literacy.

Responsibility for monitoring and evaluation of relevant programmes.

Work as part of the Community team organising and running match day activities including events, coaching clinics, organising guards of honour.

Identify opportunities to extend, develop and promote the community work.

Continuously promoting the community team and Ealing Trailfinders Rugby Club.
