VACANCY: Recruitment Performance Analyst


We are currently accepting applications for a Recruitment Performance Analyst.

Title: Recruitment Performance Analyst 

Reporting to: Head of Recruitment and Head of Performance Analysis

Remuneration: To be discussed at interview


Role Overview:

The primary role of the Recruitment Performance Analyst is to provide the Head of Recruitment with an exceptional service in order to make key decisions on recruitment targets. Using analysis and presentation software you will analyse, database and monitor the performances of key individuals across world rugby. Evaluating recruitment targets, you will produce reports under the guidance of the Head of Recruitment ensuring a rigorous recruitment policy.


Primary Responsibilities:

Tasks include: 

  • Create and maintain a player database encompassing players from across the world.
  • Assist in the evaluation of players as direct by HoR.
  • Create and distribute key footage to relevant parties.
  • Design and maintain a player monitoring system to compare numerous players.
  • Design presentable reports in order to accurately and efficiently share key information.
  • Any other reasonable duties as outlined by the Head of Performance Analysis.


Person Specification Overview:

Essential:

  • 2 years experience analysing or coaching rugby union in a professional environment
  • Working with coaches to produce reports on rugby performance – specifically individuals

Desirable:

  • Experience using analysis software to collect data – specifically Hudl SportsCode
  • Experience managing and maintaining large data sets


Knowledge:

Essential:

  • Excellent knowledge of Rugby Union both tactically and technically.


Desirable:

  • Rugby coaching qualifications are desirable


Skills & Abilities:

Essential:

  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to think creatively to get key message across
  • Knowledge of SportsCode and the ability to build & develop workflows.


Desirable

  • Presentation skills highly desirable
  • Ability to discuss key analysis with staff members
  • Knowledge of SportsCode and the ability to build & develop workflows.
