Vacancy - In-house Graphic Designer

Ealing Trailfinders is an ambitious, progressive, developing rugby union club playing in the RFU Professional Championship League. We are currently looking to recruit an In-house Graphic Designer

Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Ealing Trailfinders – Ealing - London

Fixed Term Contract: Full Time – Fixed Term Contract

Salary: TBC

Job description: We are looking for an exceptional Graphic Designer that specialises in branding.

Key Responsibilities:

The day-to-day role will be varied and see you working across anything from club campaign concepts, brochures, online designs and social media engagement projects.

You will be working within a close-knit Marketing & Media team.

Looking at all aspects of the Club, Senior Squad, Trailfinders Academy men and women, Ealing Trailfinders Foundation and the Community department.

You will be highly conceptual and enjoy the challenge of the brainstorming stages of a project and turning those ideas into the finished article.

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented designer to take ownership of some high-profile design work.

An interest in sport would be very beneficial, however we will consider experience from other areas.


Educated to Degree level or professional equivalence.

Minimum of 2-3 years working within a Graphic Design role.

Skilled in Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator

Can demonstrate examples of branding, from concept through to finished product.

Strong art working/print knowledge

Strong Understanding of branding across social media

Ability to prioritise and manage workloads in order to meet deadlines.

Ability to work reactively to a changing sports results-based environment.

Strong communication skills
