Ellis and Jenkins back for Richmond derby day

Arthur Ellis is back in the starting team for the London derby against Richmond in the Greene King IPA Championship at Vallis Way on Saturday.

The open-side flanker is one of two changes to the team that won 29-21 away to Doncaster Knights two weeks ago, along with Aled Jenkins who comes back into the side at outside centre.

Ellis played junior rugby with Richmond and he will pack down in the back-row with captain and number 8 Mark Bright and Chris York.

Jenkins scored a try in the 38-12 win when the teams met earlier in the season. The Welshman will pair up with Joe Munro, who also finished on the scoresheet at the Richmond Athletic Ground in October.

At half-back Luke Carter and Aaron Penberthy will team up for the fourth match in a row, while behind them fullback Luke Daniels is flanked by wingers James Cordy-Redden and Miles Mantella.

In the tight-five hooker Alun Walker will pack down between props Lewis Thiede and Will Davis with Barney Maddison and Llewelyn Jones behind them in the engine room.
