Bright to lead team on familiar ground

Mark Bright will return to his old stomping ground when he leads Ealing Trailfinders out against London Scottish at the Athletic Ground in the Greene King IPA Championship on Friday.

Number 8 Bright joined Ealing Trailfinders from the Exiles over the summer having previously played for Scots for four seasons and he scored 28 tries in 26 appearances in his final season. He also scored four tries in matches against Ealing Trailfinders.

Bright will line up in his normal position, alongside Arthur Ellis and Willie Ryan on the flanks with Adam Preocanin and Harry Casson once again packing down in the second row.

There are two changes in the front row where Lewis Thiede holds onto the number three jersey.

Hooker Alun Walker continues his return from injury to make his first start of the season, while James Gibbons has been handed his second start of the season, two weeks on from scoring his first try in the league, away to Nottingham.

The backline is unchanged from the one that began the 19-11 win over London Welsh last time out.

Alex Walker and Aaron Penberthy will link up in the half backs. Joe Munro and Aled Jenkins are in the centres, with Rhys Crane and Curtis Wilson on the wings with Luke Daniels at fullback.
